Totally child-proofed, from the available stair gates to the socket protectors, it is an ideal venue for extended families or large groups to get together and enjoy the English countryside, coast and nearby historic towns.

The house comfortably sleeps 7 to 8 adults and up to 4 children in four bedrooms. The ground floor, with a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and another bedroom (with a single bed that can convert to a double) is ideal for parents with a baby and an older child.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms each of which has two raised alcoves where two little ones can sleep on mattresses. There is also space for travel cots.

The upstairs rooms share a WC & Sink on this level and a family bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.

There are plenty of toys, books, board games and puzzles, plus entertainment in the form of TV, DVD player, Xbox and more in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for the little ones (ice cream maker and baking equipment provided) as well as for large groups.

Outdoors the fully enclosed garden will delight all ages. The lawn is ideal for playing boules, skittles or badminton and the summer house beyond will mean hours of fun for the little ones. The area is dotted with quaint towns and villages and is famous for its cider orchards, wineries and show gardens, while the larger towns offer plenty of shopping, dining and browsing opportunities, as well as attractions for children.
