As a parent, it’s always a joy to take your children to a playground where they can have fun and make memories that will last a lifetime. One of the playgrounds that my son always remembers, even from when he was smaller, is the “park with the slides” in Sant Cugat del Vallés. This beautiful village is located near Barcelona, about 20 minutes by car, and it’s a perfect destination for families. It offers a lot of activities for children and parents alike, so we love to drive there now and then.
The first time we saw the playground, we immediately fell in love with it. From the moment you enter, you can see the huge slides that are impressive to look at. It also has different play areas that provide fun for both younger and older children. There are swings, seesaws, and climbing frames, which will keep the kids entertained for hours. Additionally, you will find picnic areas and open spaces where you can kick a ball or run around. During the summer months, you can also find shade under the trees, which is a welcome relief from the heat.
This park is well-maintained, clean, and safe. The equipment is excellent, and the park is surrounded by beautiful greenery. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind. It’s also conveniently located near other attractions, such as restaurants, cafes, and shops. This means that you can spend the day there.
If you’re looking for a fun and safe place to take your children “Parc Turó de Can Mates” is definitely worth a visit. It’s a beautiful park with lots of playground activities for kids. It’s also a great place to spend time with the family.
If of interest I can recommend going on a Sunday morning when there is also the beautiful antique market: “Mercantic” (http://www.mercantic.com) opening its doors with a large selection of antiques and second-hand items. It is only 5 minutes away by car from the park where moms might enjoy strolling around the market while the kids play with theirs dads only a few minutes away.
Another good thing to know is there is always enough parking space just in front of the park!
