If you follow us on Instagram, you might have seen that we spent part of our summer in the Maldives — exploring four amazing, family-friendly resorts, each with its own unique magic. We’re thrilled to now call these stunning spots our new partner properties, and we are very excited to give you a little tour!
Kuda Villingili

Our first adventure began at Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives – a true island paradise for families.
Just a short 20-minute speedboat ride from Malé Airport brings you to this beautiful property. It perfectly blends Maldivian charm with modern design, offering spacious beach and overwater villas ideal for families seeking both comfort and style.
Children will love splashing in the infinity pool, discovering the vibrant marine life, and joining in the fun activities at the kids’ club.
Parents can unwind at the tranquil spa, enjoy sunrise yoga by the ocean, or indulge in world-class dining featuring fresh, locally inspired cuisine across the resort’s exceptional restaurants.
The staff are warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels truly cared for from the moment they arrive.
Patina Maldives

Right after Kuda Vilingili, we spent a few unforgettable days at Patina Maldives. It is a refined, design-forward 5-star resort set in the breathtaking Fari Islands. It’s about an hour from Malé Airport by luxury speedboat.
Patina features 90 private villas and 20 studios, many with their own pools and generous outdoor living spaces. It is ideal for families and travellers seeking a true barefoot-luxury experience.
Guests can indulge in 12 unique dining concepts, a vibrant beach club, curated art installations, and the cutting-edge FLOW Spa. The spa focuses on holistic wellness, longevity, and regenerative healing.
The resort is truly family-friendly, offering engaging programs at the Footprints Kids Club. It has creative workshops and marine discovery, along with a fabulous, child-friendly pool area. Teens aren’t left out either, with thoughtfully designed activities just for them.
Soneva Fushi

Our next adventure took us to a place that had been high on my travel wish list for years. Soneva Fushi, set within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
This barefoot-luxury icon is pure magic: secluded, sustainable, and surrounded by endless shades of blue.
What I truly love about Soneva is its relaxed “no news, no shoes” philosophy. Its design blends effortlessly with nature. The villas are stunning — spacious, private, and perfect for families — featuring multiple bedrooms, open-air bathrooms, and even waterslides in some!
The Den Kids Club is a dream come true, with treehouses, pirate ships, music, and LEGO rooms —among the largest in the Maldives.
Six Senses Laamu

Our final stop in the Maldives took us all the way to the very south. We couldn’t be more grateful to have experienced the breathtaking Six Senses Laamu.
Tucked away in the remote Laamu Atoll, this sustainable paradise feels like a secret slice of barefoot luxury. Lush jungle meets crystal-clear lagoon, and every detail is designed with nature in mind.
What I loved most is the laid-back island rhythm. It has a relaxed vibe, the rustic-chic design, and the beautifully crafted villas that instantly make you feel at home.
It’s also a dream for families. The Den Kids Club offers creative, hands-on activities, and there’s no shortage of adventure on the island. There are dolphin cruises and surfing, paddleboarding and some of the best snorkelling right off the jetty.
From dining under the stars to learning about marine life at the on-site Sustainability Center. Every moment here feels both meaningful and magical.
